Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free.

Orders placed on workdays before 17:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. You will receive a track and trace as soon as your suitcase is on its way.

If your order has not been shipped yet, we can adjust or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible via email or chatbox.

You can return your suitcase within 14 days of receipt , as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us for return instructions
