Our Guarantee

At SUITLEY we believe in high quality and craftsmanship. Every product is designed and manufactured with care. Should a defect occur due to a material or manufacturing error, you can count on our guarantee.

How does our guarantee work?

• Coverage: Our warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. If you experience a problem that falls under this, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
• Assessment: Our team will assess the damage and determine whether repair is possible or whether the product will be replaced. Is the same model no longer available? We will offer an equivalent alternative of equal value.
• Warranty period: The warranty period is one year after purchase.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:
✔ Accident, fall or rough treatment
✔ Normal wear and tear from use
✔ Incorrect or improper use
✔ Exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents or (salt) water
✔ Own adjustments, external repairs or emergency solutions (such as a forced zipper or lock)

In addition, we cannot accept any liability for consequential damage to persons or property, even if the damage results from a defect in the product.
